To create the actual artwork, we need some details: accurate dimensions, installation method, choice of image or pattern to be displayed, etc.

If required, our carpentry partner undertakes delivery and installation. The cost of this depends on the location and method of installation.

Once we have clarified all the necessary information, we will send you a quotation (the quotation includes the costs of the work and delivery).

The deposit will be 50% of the commitment fee.  After receiving it, we can start the work. You will be kept informed of the progress of this process.

We will send you a template drawing of the selected image or sample for approval.

The template drawing is part of the work process and as such is the intellectual property of Ancsin Art Glass. Any further use without permission may result in legal consequences.

It may be necessary to order a glass of a type and color from the manufacturer or a foreign wholesaler to produce the desired image. In this case, if we insist on the type of glass, the deadline for production may be extended by several weeks. Alternatives are usually available, although some types of glass are so special that, if not urgently needed, it is worth waiting for, as they can be enjoyed for decades.

Before assembling, we will send you a photograph of the whole element so that you can change the color of a piece of glass if the overall effect requires it. After this point in the work, further changes can only be made at an additional cost. We will also send a photo and video of the finished image or element, at which point an additional 50% of the commitment fee must be paid, after receipt of which the element will be packed and handed over to the carpenter, who will deliver it to the site.

In the event of cancellation of the order, if the work has already started, we will not be able to refund the deposit paid.
