The wonder of glass
Glass is one of mankind's most beautiful inventions: it keeps out the cold and the rain, but lets in the sunlight and with it the warmth. And colored glass adds warmth and atmosphere. It is no coincidence that it was first used in churches because it fills you with awe.
It was this feeling that appealed to an American artist, Louis Comfort Tiffany, who, with the further development of technology at the beginning of the last century, made it possible to play with light in everyday life. He made lamps, mosaics, and glass windows.
But mass production is no friend of Tiffany's technique. It is time-consuming, painstaking work, which has slowly disappeared from the home decoration scene. But playing with light offers endless possibilities for decoration. So I decided to modernize it a little, to bring it up to date, but to try to contribute to bringing back this beautiful, lively magic to interior design.
And it seems to be the right time: in today's clean, minimalist styles, it's the light and shade effects and the vivid colors that can play a decisive role.

A recurring dream...
I had a recurring dream as a small child. It was my favorite. I could fly. Just like that. I made up my mind and I was soaring. And up there, everything was beautiful, clear, and limitlessly free. Then I grew up and that dream disappeared.
I stumbled into Tiffany’s by accident. At first, it was just a figment of my imagination, I didn’t know what it would become. I went to a workshop for a course, helped fix lamp sockets, and put together door inserts, but it didn’t show at the time. That there was something there, hiding under the glass dust and the stencil drawings…
Then a customer came in with a picture of Mucha, saying he wanted one of these in a glass. For the door of his bar cabinet. Is it possible? It could be. And then it moved. It was just a flash, but it was there… Then, in the glass shop, rummaging through the shelves, I pulled out a piece of glass, turned it towards the window… and there it all clicked. I’d never seen such wild, dancing, wild colors except there… long ago… in my dreams.
Since then I can fly again. I just don’t sleep anymore. I take a few pieces of glass in my hand, hold them up to the sun, and I’m caught up in the Unimaginable. With colors, shapes, and ideas that we rarely see in this world anymore. And I want to live it from now on. The infinity of imagination. The delightful. The smile-inducing. The unpredictable. What the sun paints on my face. Of glass…
The process of creation...
...a piece of myself. Not a big piece, just a tiny fragment. A feeling, however small, that envelops me for weeks then and there. When I dive into it, it's like stepping into another dimension. Where there's nothing but the feeling that got me, that made me fall in love with the idea. And it's endlessly inspiring. I don't even like to stop at the end of the day.
Tiffany comes to life...
With today's technologies, we can create color and material combinations that are limited only by our imagination.
That is why I have decided to create surfaces for interior and exterior decoration using a combination of materials that will give this beautiful technique, Tiffany, a new life and a new place in interior design or the creation of outdoor spaces.
